Update Auth-Settings frontend for configuring more settings

A new menu item "Groups" is to be added to the LDAP configurations. Here the following settings for the group mapping can be made.

• Activated?

• Group mapping LDAP <-> DG group

• Priority order of mapping based on drag n drop list

Furthermore, the default group should be selected via a dropdown and not via a PublicID.
