Temporary limit object table input to 100 elements

Description

If we show more than 100 entries in object tables, the loading time is very long.

There are a lot of single HTTP calls in the new table module:

  • 1 HTTP call per line to get the user object

  • 1 HTTP call per line and reference field to render the summary.

In the old table module (in version 1.3) this is only one HTTP call per page to get the whole table.

If a user choose “all“ elements to show, the UI may get stucked. With the new table settings, the “all“ elements will be reloaded when the user reloads the page and the UI get stucked again.

My suggestion as a workaround is to limit the entries in table to max 100 entries. We also should discuss other options here.

Hi

Yeah, no problem.
For the dashboard it would be just the user column. They do not show any object fields.
